I see the world as a canvas, alive with light, texture, and stories waiting to be told. Growing up on a quiet riverbank in Ohio, I was captivated by how light danced on the water and the seasons transformed the landscape, planting the seeds of an artist who finds beauty in every detail. Inspired by my mother’s lifestyle and travel magazines, I dreamed of far-off places and a life of exploration and storytelling.

That dream led me from the river to the world. As an undergrad, I fell in love with storytelling through composition and color in large-scale abstract painting, and studying fresco painting in Italy, deepened my understanding of how travel fuels creativity.

Now based by the ocean in Miami, the rhythm of the waves mirrors the wonder I first felt by the river on which I was raised. Photography has long been my medium to capture not just what I see, but what I feel—leading me to collaborate with inspiring brands across the globe and document people, places, and moments with a painter’s poetic sensibility. Over time, my work has naturally evolved to include motion direction—an extension of years spent directing still shoots.

Through it all, my son, Shiloh, reminds me to see the world with fresh eyes and an open heart. From the river to the ocean, still to motion, my art invites others to see deeper.
