Janessa & Ian | COLUMBUS OHIO WEDDING

Janessa and Ian's wedding day began with a pretty steady rainfall over downtown but by keeping their spirits high (and my incessant praying) the day cleared just in time for their outdoor ceremony at the historic Taylor Mansion. The bride's dream for a vintage inspired peacock-themed wedding was carried out with details from handmade luminary table-number centerpieces, the wooden "wedding wishes" box with vintage peacock-designed postcards and DIY feather hairpieces to the antique decor of the mansion, antique Ball mason jars and her vintage-inspired attire.

You may remember this sweet, and talented, couple from their wedding last year. Chad and Keyona played the most beautiful music throughout the ceremony. If only images carried sound...

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed the clear sky and cocktails on the patio before entering the tented reception while Janessa and Ian joined me for their portraits just before sunset.

Stella, the bride and groom's baby girl may have been the cutest (and tiniest) flower girl I've ever seen. You remember their precious maternity shoot over a year ago.

Prior to the wedding, Janessa told me to watch out 'cause their families looove a celebration! She was right.. and there were a lot of them!
