Verney & Ben | ENGAGEMENT in SAN SEBASTIAN, SPAIN

This past September, I flew overseas with my camera bags safely stored above me and my husband (and favorite travel companion) beside me. I was headed to Spain to finally meet and document Verney and Ben during their Spanish adventure in celebration of their recent engagement. Having spent months of getting to know this sweet couple from New York City and discussing the styling, location and inspiration for their engagement shoot abroad over email, I could not wait for the day to come to meet them and realize my vision for their shoot.
It is certainly true what they say, to visit this northern coastal city is to fall in love. The aqua water, golden sand, old-world ambiance and a cool climate welcomed and wrapped us in it's comfort for the time we were there. On a perfect, cool and sunny afternoon, I documented Verney and Ben exploring the town- from the historic streets of the old quarter, the carousel park at town hall to the famed beach of La Concha. I could continue to use words to describe this fairytale engagement shoot, but instead I'll just get to sharing my favorite images to tell the story...
